I am Sandie Hay and I have been a member of OPCYC for about 10 years. I have been the editor of the Helmsman for 6 years. I have an extensive background in power boating and hold a USCG 100-ton Masters License. I enjoy this Club for its down-to-earth Members, lively and frequent social events and the many opportunities to enjoy being on the water. My husband, JD-1stPC, and I own a 50' Uniflite Motor Yacht (Delgatie) and a 20' Sea Hunt (Salubré).
