We're both retired, Nelson CEO managing construction of commercial buildings, and Sandra CEO managing a Design Build construction company and simultaneously working for several architectural firms, culmultating as Architect II with the City of Newport News, Virginia. For the past 9 years we were full time cruisers traveling the American Great Loop, the Atlantic water ways, around Florida, and frequently up into Canada. With Covid-19, we've been again handing around the Hampton Roads area, participating more with OPCYC, and Nelson's built two gasoline convenience stores, one in Vienna, Va. and the other a 7-Eleven in Va. Beach.

Our boat is a 1996 Marine Trader 40 ft. trawler with 2-cabins, a full galley, a head with a half tub, a laundry room, three decks, and two steering stations, one inside the salon and the other on the bridge.

We'd like to continue cruising, depending upon our health and while in port this year 2021 we're in-line with Portsmouth Boating and Parks to have our two Cummin's engines rebuilt.
