OPCYC's March general membership meeting will be held on the 17th at Bill's Seafood House, 10900 Warwick Boulevard in Newport News. We start at 6:30 (1830 for you military types), and finish whenever. Bill's is in the Warwick Village Shopping Center, between Hilton Village and the entrance to the Mariner's Museum. Bill's is a local restaurant that we take our out-of-town visitors to when they want local seafood. Everything's fresh, prices are very reasonable, and the fried oysters are to die for. No alcohol, but endless sweet iced tea and there's a local grog shop up the way -- Mike's Place -- for after-dinners as desired. Har, har, har.
